Ant Hampel is a specialist in live concert, theatrical and entertainment marketing with 25 years of local and international experience.
Ant started out his career in radio in Australia and then at KISS100 London as special events and concerts manager working with artists like Jamiroquai, Massive Attack, M People, Roy Ayers, Des’ree and Herbie Hancock.
Ant was tour-marketing director on countless Van Egmond Group productions including Prince (Welcome 2 Australia 2012), AC/DC, Riverdance, Jesus Christ Superstar (arena spectacular) and the Michael Jackson History Tour (1996 NZ).
In 2009, Ant worked on Sound Relief, the largest concerts in Australian history, the benefit concerts, which ran simultaneously in both Melbourne and Sydney, included Coldplay, John Farnham, Midnight Oil, Kylie Minogue, Bliss n Esso, Split Enz and Kings Of Leon amongst countless others. AUD$8m was raised to provide relief.
